On January 3, 2017, attorney Anthony Taylor went before Commissioner Carlos Vilategua to ask for a dismissal of the Order of Intestacy, attorney fees of $2,600 and sanctions for $5,000 against a daughter of his late-client for getting a ruling she passed away without a will. Anyhow, this bizarre ruling is now under Revision and attached is my motion. My dad is now actively in 3 different courts while he's ignored the simplest order of them all - mediation.

Court of Appeals Brief Submitted
Below is the Brief in Chief filed with the Court of Appeals Division II. I am asking for the Court to restore a court Order of Commissioner Kirkendoll which was destroyed by the Pierce County Clerk Kevin Stock. Kirkendoll failed to restore the probate order on her own. Attorney for respondent, Christi Goeller, has her response due before March 20, 2017.
