Honorable Judge Barbara Linde ruling on the Estate of Leeanna Ruth Mickelson and against her daughter to award a bullying attorney $5,000 in sanctions against an heir and $2,300 in attorney fees. Her decision is now pending the Court of Appeals, Division I. Can one heir bully another heir under probate and be sanctioned? It was the bullying attorney, Luce & Associates, whom was hired by the decedent and certainly cannot see the last wishes would be to not have a will and to have her children be sued by the attorney she trusted and by her own spouse.
